COMPACT-PROJECT.PL SP. Z O.O. is focused mainly on offering design solutions related to metal structures and facilities for the telecommunications industry. Our design experience in combination with the use of modern software for structural load-bearing capacity analysis guarantee that even complex tasks can be solved with a clearly defined, well-planned and smooth execution.
The well-established brand on the Polish market and the knowledge of technical know-how and current regulations allow us to approach each project individually, starting with a thorough analysis of the Investor's requirements. The most important thing is that the Contracting Authority’s requirements are implemented in the given project task, included in the work schedule and possible to be implemented. That is why it is so important for us to contact the Investor and provide expert technical advice at every stage of the designing process so that all requirements of the Contracting Authority are properly taken into account in the project.
In the design process we not only use the engineering expertise available, computational programmes and standards and regulations, but also focus on experimental research and cooperation with science in its broad sense. In our offer we have our own structures - lattice towers - series: CP-U, CP-R and CP-T1 and CP-T2, which were developed on the basis of the outcome of load capacity tests of actual scale telecommunications towers. The engineers employed with the Company focus on scientific development, thanks to which we can solve design problems using scientific and research theories.
The cooperation with the Investor is conducted by a specific person who is responsible for managing all phases of a given project and its final result - a ready-made design solution and technical options. This significantly simplifies the Investor's contact with the Contractor and provides an up-to-date and transparent insight into the progress of work through simple reporting tools.

Modernization of facilities
Compact-Project.PL Sp. z o.o. offers comprehensive services related to the modernization, in the broadest sense of the term, of facilities and technical support as regards their maintenance. In the period of 25 years plus of activity, hundreds of projects have been developed to upgrade the existing technical infrastructure. Facility upgrades are an indispensable element in the telecommunications industry and are mainly due to the implementation of new technological and equipment solutions. Compact-Project offers a range of services that allow for the best possible adaptation of construction solutions to the current requirements of the Investor, new technological solutions and the current requirements of safe use of facilities.
The experimental research outcome used in computational analysis allows for a more accurate approach to designing which generates financial benefits for the Investor. By using the outcome of experimental research, the structure can be analysed for its weakest elements and the impact of additional loads caused by equipment upgrading.
During the period of its activity, Compact-Project has implemented a total of more than 500 structural modernization projects and more than 100 reinforcement projects allowing for safe use of existing facilities.

Construction
Compact-Project.PL Sp. z o.o. has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction of facilities forming the physical infrastructure of mobile operators and data transmission providers. The experience gathered allows for comprehensive implementation of each project, from technical and formal matters and construction and electrical works, to obtaining a permit to use the facility completed. The Compact-Project team handles all matters related to the formal, legal, logistic and executive aspects of each construction (we perform all construction, installation and power engineering works on our own).
At each stage of construction process, Compact-Project manages and coordinates all the construction industries involved in the implementation of a given project. Starting from the procurement of materials, transport of equipment and materials (transport and crane services) to construction, installation and power works. The Compact-Project team carries out all constructions efficiently and meticulously, while ensuring the safety of their employees and other participants in the process. The well-established brand among digital operators in Poland and numerous references confirming the high quality of services are a proof of the Company’s efficiency and productivity. So far, Compact-Project.pl Sp. z o.o. has built over 120 digital network stations in the Łódzkie and Mazowieckie provinces (more than half of them are tower stations up to 70 m high).
Technical advice
The Compact-Project team has not only the necessary expertise, but also the experience necessary for the smooth implementation of both technical advice and expert opinions on the load-bearing capacity and technical condition of metal structures and reinforced concrete chimneys. Our construction expert opinions are a complete documentation including: a building survey report and a detailed inventory, an analysis of the available design documentation, a structure analysis and the results and recommendations for further operation of the facility.
Reliable preparation of technical advice of a facility includes the verification of the condition of foundations and the structure itself, calculations concerning the strength of structure components, measurements and analysis of displacement of facilities, as well as determination of other necessary strength and performance parameters.
In the process of preparation of advice and expert opinions we not only use the engineering expertise available, computational programmes and standards and regulations, but also focus on experimental research and cooperation with science in its broad sense. Analysis of the results and research work allows for a more detailed review of the structure in terms of its strength and durability, which has a measurable impact manifested by operation related financial savings.
